Small Groups

Corrales SDA Church Small Groups Ministry is aimed at nurturing, teaching and encouraging all who participate in small groups. New groups start all the time.

Highschool Sabbath School Class - A class for highschool students with the aim of making witnesses for Christ

Collegiate - Professional Small Group Study - Few topics are left unturned. We study the Bible from as many perspectives as possible to enable us, as witnesses to relate to a wide audience in our day to day lives. We meet at 9:30, Saturday mornings.

Adult Sabbath School Class - Join us on Saturday mornings at 9:30 a.m. as we explore God's word in a small, intimate environment. We cover many topics relevant to today's issues ranging from the reliability of God's word to how to live a life that counts. Any age welcome.

Sanctuary Sabbath School Classes - Join us on Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. This group typically studies the denomination's quarterly Sabbath School lesson book which includes a new and relevant topic each quarter.

Music Groups

There are several groups that have been given the gift of praise through music. Choir, Organ, Piano, Bells, Brass, Strings. There are many opportunities to praise God. Someone is bound to ask if you play an instrument. The music groups meet throughout the week.

7th Sabbaths

The "Seventh Sabbaths" is an idea rooted in the Bible. In Leviticus 23 a number of special celebrations are outlined for the Israelites. Those ritualistic days lost their luster with the coming of Jesus as the Messiah, the true sacrificial Lamb (John 1:29; Ephesians 5:1; 1 Corinthians 5:7).

Still, everyone loves a celebration, so every seven Sabbaths or so, we pause from our regular services and preaching to invite special guest preachers or teachers to inform us about their special areas of interest.

Welcome and enjoy these special guests and their presentations

Creation Congress

Creation Congresses are opportunities for lay audiences to hear and interact with scientists, who believe in "Special Creation." While the popular press would imply that all scientists are supporters of the macro "Theory of Evolution," many scientists find that that theory is unsatisfactory both on scientific and metaphysical bases. "Special Creationists" acknowledge that there are many unresolved cosmological issues, but they believe "Special Creation" has better answers, than the basic foundation of the "Theory of Evolution," which is spontaneous generation. A Creation Congress invites the best scientists to report on their research.
