The Fourth Annual Creation
Congress
Program
The Fourth Annual Creation Congress, January 15-17, 2010 is just
weeks away. Drs. John Baldwin and Randall Younker are Seminary
professors from Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan.
These professors jointly teach a seminary course entitled, "Issues
in Origins," thus the theme of the Congress, "Issues in
Origins."
Nearly one-third of their seminary class topics will be
delivered to the Corrales Congress participants. The range of
topics will include issues related to Genesis like: "Problems in
Genesis" and "Are there Really Two Different Creation Accounts in
the Bible?" On the other hand, thought provoking presentation like
"Calvary and the Geologic Column: the Rainbow Connection" and
"Revelation 14:7: God Gives Back the Earth Her Story" will speak to
the heart of the evolutionary threat to Christianity, sin,
forgiveness, and the need of a Savior.
Both Baldwin and Younker will present natural scientific
presentations. Baldwin will lecture on the Yellowstone Fossil
Forest and its evidence that favors a world-wide flood, Younker
will present a talk on "Recent Scientific Research that Supports
Creation." In addition to these natural scientific presentations,
both men will also provide some theological presentations. For
example, Younker's lecture "Interpreting Hebrew Cosmology: Does the
Bible Teach that the 'Firmament' (Raquia) Is an Upside Down Metal
Dome?" will be especially helpful to those who have attended
graduate school where such inaccurate and outdated information has
been taught.
All lectures will be held in the main auditorium at the Corrales
Adventist Church, 20 Academy Drive, Corrales, New Mexico 87040.
